There is an important situation to be considered in companies. Homogeneity. The attitude and perspective of the people who set up the company also becomes the perspective of the company. This means that the behavior of people working in the same environment in companies makes them the face of the company. Working with people who do not have the same perspective in companies kills both the person and the company. So, do we have a solution for this situation? Yes.


We call it culture. Company culture is a new situation in our lives. In fact, although it has been spoken for a long time, we can say that it has been understood recently that it is vital for a company. In a globalizing world, working principles have also changed. We have seen this more closely, especially with the COVID-19 outbreak. Most companies switched to the home-office working principle.This transition also revealed what culture means for a company. All the plans and forecasts made showed us that if you do not have a culture, others are not reasonable.


It should be a homogeneous structure that everyone accepts within the company and undoubtedly fits in everyone’s head.


This can only be demonstrated by culture. It is very clear how difficult it is to set up this structure. First of all, it is very important to start with human resources.The cornerstone of this structure is human. For this reason, it should be the duty of every company to establish a structure where people are at the center.


People who can look at life and work life from the same point will be more successful in creating a culture together. In this way, the need to come up with a strategy for continuous improvement for the company will disappear.


As Peter Drucker says “Culture eats strategy for breakfast”
